Hi there!
I'm a bit lost right now as no establishment I have contacted seems to have any idea on how to help me.
I ordered a parcel from the US, delivered by USPS, it then ended up with Royal Mail this side of the pond.
They tried to deliver but no success... it now has the status of being held. I contacted Royal Mail Chat (limited help) and found out it was being held on customs charges, yet I hadn't received this 'Grey card'. I have tried contacting Royal Mail but no success of yet.
I will include my tracking information below, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, that tracking definitely shows it waiting in the West Central Delivery office, waiting for payment.
Is it possible that it has an incorrect address on it. To be frank it may be best to sort this out directly with the office in person. They may not be able to give it you, but hopefully, they may be able to come up with a solution. However do so as soon as possible items are only held for 18 days.

Because of its format I think its the WC1 office in Central London. Are you in London ?
