Hi all. Hopefully someone can help

I posted an expensive item (worth 300) on the 30th of December. I took this item to a post office in Manchester and asked for tracked delivery for which I paid 17 pounds.

The item is still untraceable! I phoned parcelforce who said it doesn't even look like it's been scanned! What else can I do? I will need to refund my buyer but there's no way I'm going to be 300 out of pocket! Can anyone advise me which next steps to take?

The tracking code is NWHV0519475GB

Many thanks for any help

Is this a mistake? Do you mean 30th November? If you do mean 30th Dec, today is the first working day! It a tad soon to start panicking.

30th of December. Surely it shouldve still scanned in on the Saturday? The post office was open and I assume they scanned it? I've posted things before and usually had an update to at least say it has been received..

This might just be me over panicking but the fact that parcelforce said they had no knowledge of this item worried me.

It could have just missed a scan, it could be in a queue with a huge backlog just waiting to be scanned in, or it could be that the system just has been slow with it's updates. It's a bit early to worry.
