Hi

Thanks for tis great site, never knew it existed till now and a Happy New Year :Very Happy

Hope someone can shed a bit of light on this:

I was expecting an eBay tracked parcel but not till the coming week. Yesterday Sunday 31st December at 16:47 I got a delivery notification. I was out of town so assumed that it would be with my neighbours and there would be a card left to identity which one. However, no card has been left and I have spoken to my neighbours and they have not received any parcel. I live in Bolton and we have a sorting depot here where parcels normally get sent out. This is my tacking information what does it mean by Delivered Manchester Mail Centre and the notification issued at the same time? Hope answer what that means. The package contained drones with batteries and were posted from Leicestershire.

It was delivered TO Manchester Mail Centre and scanned. You were informed of the scan. It's not telling you that it was delivered to your house, hence no card.

Thanks for the reply.

I was curious as I got the following text message & an email at the same time as it was logged in at Manchester:

Royal Mail has delivered your item XL027320GB from TRADING LTD today, 31st December

The delivery will have been made to your address or to one of your neighbours. If your item was delivered to a neighbour, we’ll have left a card at your address to tell you which one it’s with. to say that it had been delivered to me or a neighbour.
