Hi, I have recently moved house, when updating my details on an online auction site, I changed the address but not my postcode, I have recently ordered a couple of items which have so far failed to arrive.
I have been back to my old address, nothing there, I have also been to the house number I have now, but on my previous street, they haven't received the packages.
The new postcode is S73, the previous S6, so same postcode area.l
I hope that makes sense.
Will I receive the packages?

Wrong postcode
Unfortunately, the 2 offices delivering to those postcodes are separate ones, and there are at least 3 other postcodes between them.
Now if you have put the district or Town (S73 is Barnsley) as well as the Post Code that will increase the chances, but if not I think the chances are fairly slim because of the distance between the 2 postcodes. Also although you might still get it, the wrong postcode will delay it, probably till after Christmas now.
