Hello there,
I live in Portugal and I bought a Flash (with no battery) for my camera in a english shop. They sent my package and the track ID (RZ507293758GB) but a really weird thing happen:
It says that "A delivery was attempted for your item with reference RZ507293758GB in NATIONAL RETURN CENTRE before 15:05 on 24/11/17."

What?! :crazy:

When I see the earlier journey it never came out of England. Why National Return Centre?? :d'oh!

That means it is believed to be dangerous or restricted / prohibited goods. Batteries aren't the only problem, it could also be glass that is insufficiently well packaged or that the item isn't allowed into Portugal via mail.

You need to claim your money back from the sender.

According to the Royal Mail - Portugal web page that item is prohibited thats why it has been sent to the NRC https://www.royalmail.com/portugal" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Prohibited items

Prohibited products are not permitted in the mail under any circumstances.

Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, precision, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus; clocks and watches; musical instruments; parts and accessories thereof
