Hello all,
Bit of a quandry as to where to go next with this. I ordered a small item from a Chinese goods site Mid October, it was sent via EMs under tracking number LX533100708CN on 18th Oct.
It seems to have dissapeared having successfully negotiated its way through HWDC (I expected issues here to be fair) but now when i track it on the Royal Mail tracker i get this message:
Your item, posted on 19/10/17 with reference LX533100708CN was delivered in READING PDO on 20/10/17.
Now Im way up here in Norfolk NR31 and having checked the shipping details It was definitely addressed to me correctly. As it says IN Reading PDO is this some sort of Internal hand off to another carrier?

No, that generally means that the item is waiting for a customs charge to be paid and that the address is in the Reading area.
This could be a mistake or an unclear address label. Or it could be an example of a common scam. I would go back to the sender and check the barcode number and the address used.
