Hi there,
I have a parcel stuck in Heathrow since 11th of November. The parcel comes from Bulgaria with tracking number RI242930197BG. I have contacted the sender and it looks like they probably missed the post code from the address.
How can I proceed in order to get my parcel delivered to me?

“Stuck in Heathrow” means stuck in customs usually (I can’t read Bulgaria Post’s tracking). You can’t speed this up at all.
When it leaves customs, not having a post code might slow down the parcel but it will still get there, as long as the address is clear. You can’t make any alteration to a parcel in transit so again, it is just a case of waiting.
