lost receipt...can someone PLEASE help
31st Oct we sent a letter and parcel by recorder delivery. it came to about £11 to send . The parcel was a Nintendo switch to be returned to The company Studio. They say they still haven't received it. We have lost the receipt with tracking number. I know when/Where we sent this and a good idea of the time. Will my local post office I sent it from be able to help.

Sorry, the Post Office do not keep any records of Recorded items. Are you sure it wasn't Special Delivery? Items of that value really should go Special, and Post Offices do have a limited record of Special items (it isn't easy to search, but it does give you a chance).
I see that a Nintendo Switch is effectively a tablet computer, so I hope that you followed all of the rules below:
*Packed it in a hard box (cardboard or plastic, not a jiffy bag or plastic bag);
*Put your return address on the outside;
*Did not send any spare batteries with the console;
*Packed it with the batteries inside the console;
*Did not send if the batteries were damaged.
