Firstly, thank you for allowing customers onto your website, it is greatly appreciated.
Possibly you can help with your opinion of what may have happened in this scenario?
We have a valuable set of documents which should have been sent to Bank of China in London by Special Delivery. By mistake, the envelope was addressed to I&C Bank of China in China.
The docs went to Jubilee Mail Centre, and then to HWDC, and then the tracking stops.
On enquiring with Customer Services, we were told that either:
a) the docs are lost
b) they've been sent to Belfast
c) they've been sent by airmail to China.
My thinking is that the person at Jubilee saw it was addressed to China, had sufficient postage (£6.85 for Special Delivery vs £4.75 for airmail postage), assumed the Special Delivery was a mistake and popped it into the normal airmail box.
Is that the most likely thing to happen in the Mail Centre?

Your opinion please
As they were important docs in a special delivery envelope,they would only of gone to Belfast if no return address was visible,so unlikely,also very unlikely statistically to have been lost,so c is almost certainly what has happened.
