Hi
I have just heard that from January 2018 RM are increasing the charges for incorrectly set Response items
I have looked at the Royal Mail website and can find no mention of increased charges, indeed there is no mention of a specific charge at all
It may be there somewhere, however it is difficult to find
My question is are there any members who could direct me to the information and/or share this information in this forum
Thank you

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I suspect that some charges of this type, relating to non-retail services, are varied from account to account and therefore no published tarif exists.
