I hope someone can help me?
I bought an item on e bay and well the seller placed this on Royal mail under RJ656920346GB.
The status on Royal mail is Your item, posted on 23/08/17 with reference RJ656920346GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in MEXICO.
I just called to Royal mail Customer Service and they assures this has been landed on August 26, 2017 but Mexpost absolutely denies this.
In fact they suspect it still at UK.
How can i know where is my package?

When Royal Mail put it on the plane, it has left the UK. When Mexican customs hands it over to the Mexican postal service, it has entered Mexico. There can be a long time between these two events and usually no tracking during this time.
