views shouldn't necessarily be foisted on people whether they want it or not and without question.
Fascism by any other name.
What do you mean by "views"?
What do you mean by "foisted"?
What is "fascism by any other name"?
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Ah, the old "illiberal liberal" complex on show again. If you're not demonstrably for it then you must be against it.
Momentum would be proud of that attitude.

Maybe some don't see it as a big thing needing to be pushed and promoted at every turn, as the national Trust recently found out.
People should be allowed to live their lives without bias and hatred, but the converse is that others' views shouldn't necessarily be foisted on people whether they want it or not and without question.
Fascism by any other name.
Well said Tman :Applause :Applause :Applause

I don't really concern myself about whether my colleagues belong to the LGBTG group. Also, I don't concern myself about their race, age or religious beliefs either. All that I ask is that they treat ME with the fairness and respect that I show to my colleagues. After all, the elderly white male is becoming something of a neglected minority group now, particularly by RM and the CWU.
How much worse can it get? A LOT F****** WORSE !!!

Amazing they make all this fuss over LGBT issues, but turn a blind eye to the bias and vindictiveness shown towards some one who only want's to work their hours and not do any overtime, the company is a farce.

That's fair enough, and the way it should be. But unfortunately there are bigots and bullies in RM as there are anywhere in society.

wacko74 wrote:Genuine question, can someone please tell me what ''issues'' the LGBTQ community face?

Which laws discriminate against them?

What employment rights do they not have?

What civil rights do not apply to them?

Wacko it isn't the law that discriminates it's the small minded views of people like the OP who seem to think the LGBTQ community has an agenda rather than actually just wanting to live life without hatred like anyone else.
Yes, things are better than they used to be but unless you have been affected by hatred as an LGBTQ person then you don't understand how it feels.
