Hi there - an expensive item was posted yesterday and paid extra for 1pm special delivery guaranteed and extra for Saturday delivery. I live in London and was wondering if i should just forget about it being delivered today or if there was a chance the delivery is just running late? We have already received our regular post this morning by a postman on foot.
The tracking website last update says: 19/05/17 21:04 ON ITS WAY TOJUBILEE MAIL CENTRE
Can anyone help? I don't want to waste the entire day waiting for delivery if no chance it will be delivered (now almost 3pm!)

most deliveries will have finished now. Hopefully, it will turn up on Monday but if that is the last tracking then somethings gone wrong and the sender should be able to get their postage fees back.

If that's the last entry then it hasn't made it to the mail centre which covers your local delivery office, possibly the bag it was in has missed the lorry.

If it was coming from somewhere in the top half of the country if may have been delayed by a fire at NDC that halted vehicle movement for a time on Friday night - certainly make sure you get the full cost of postage refunded.
