I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I'm pretty desperate now. I ordered prescription medicine from a new pharmacy as my old one was shockingly slow (would send a tracking number that didn't work for days etc). This company already messed around, dispatch was delayed and implied it would be sent via DPD and then sending me a link to track with Royal Mail.
Anyways, it's meant to come tomorrow yet I've been trying to track it all evening and it keeps giving the message "please come back later, items are tracked when they first enter our system" etc. The tracking no is: BI175040099GB. So I was wondering if any of you knew how late it may update and whether I can keep hoping I'll get it tomorrow or not? Normally I've never had to wait past 7pm so I'm really anxious.

Thanks so much for your reply, I felt so relieved when I went to bed last night but unfortunately checking it again this morning it doesn't appear to have made it to Gatwick let alone my delivery office

Well it appears to have left Gatwick at 8.12am, although that has never happened before so I'm still holding out hope. Although I just got off the line to a lovely (not sarcastic she was genuinely so kind) RM CS rep who insisted that my order was not medicine, which is scaring me slightly. God as soon as I can walk again I'm gonna squeeze my local pharmacist so hard and never let go!

My gut feeling is that it'll be delivered tomorrow. It'll depend on if it's missed the last run to the delivery office

Is there such a thing as an 8am run to a delivery office do you know?
