Hi,
This morning I put a letter in the post (recorded delivery) and realised that I made a small typo in the address name. The house number and postcode is correct but I am worried that it won't get there. The typo means it sounds like a plausible street name but there is no street with that name in that town - is the letter likely to still arrive?

Does the recipient have an uncommon name, if so the postcode should get it to the right duty and that postie may recognise them and deliver as normal.
You said it was a typo, is the street name completely wrong or only a little wrong.
Given the above even if they were called Jones and the street name was completely wrong there is a very good chance it will arrive, not a certainty by any means but better than 90% I reckon.
Recorded are traceable as soon as a delivery attempt is made so keep checking track and trace and then check with the addressee to make sure.
