Hi, I ordered an item from the US and the tracking says it was delivered but it hasn't. Here's what the tracking says:

Time: 17:02
Status: ARRIVED IN THE UK
Track point: HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
I've checked with the company that I bought the item and apparently usps doesn't have a signed for option on international. I've checked with neighbours, I spoke to the postman because I know the item comes in a metallic green envelope and he says he never posted it. I'm wondering what more I can do?

Have you had a grey card in the post about a customs charge? It's most likely being held at the delivery office pending payment of a customs charge

I've not had grey card come through the door but it could of been thrown away if it was mixed in with just leaflets. Will the sorting office still be able to find it without the card if it's there?

Yes, they can find your parcel if it`s there, just go to your royal mail delivery office with your ID and they can check in the sistem for it.

I went and checked yesterday but they have nothing on their system. It seems that my parcel has vanished into thin air.
