Hello,
is this normal ? The parcel didn't arrived in Heathrow since yesterday. This is all what i got when i track the parcel on the website:
21/04/17 21:10 ON ITS WAY TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC LONDON CENTRAL MAIL CENTR
21/04/17 20:35 ITEM COLLECTED LONDON CENTRAL MAIL CENTR
21/04/17 13:21 SENT AT POST OFFICE 6 Stratheden Par SE3 7SX
normally it should arrived in heathrow midnight but it doens't. Is my Package now lost/stolen ?

Imagine how much international mail arrives at Heathrow. Now imagine how long it would take to scan all the trackable Mail. Give it a little more time to update. Even if it doesn't appear again on the tracking service page, there is every chance it will arrive. Depending upon which service the sender used it may not update again until it is at your door.

No there are many possibilities as to what is happening. Even if everything is normal you only sent it yesterday so it's still within it delivery schedule. Plus it has to go through customs (legal and safety checks) and then be passed on to the carrier that will deliver it. During this process, there WILL always be gaps between tracking.

A lot of people incorrectly believe that. There is no Customs Tax between EU countries, but there are laws and safety rules on what can be transported through the mail system. They check for goods that your own country ban from import, and ours that ban from export. They check for illegal drugs and firearms, they even check for copyrighted material and fake goods. The list is endless on what they check - you just don't pay tax but the border checks are still done.
