My Partner has a parcel sent from america using USPS however when it got to the UK in change to Royal Mail. He was also asked to pay £15 import costs which made it less of a bargain so he refused to pay and asked for it to be sent back.
So we had a USPS tracking number from sender which Royal Mail used that same tracking number on arriving here and leaving here.
Now we do not know what has happened to this parcel.
The last things shown on the royal mail tracking page is it leaving Heathrow and making its way to new york and if we go onto USPS website and use that tracking number then it says its been delivered (but its been saying that since it landed in the uk).
I'm guessing as soon it arrived back in america it travelled via USPS. Does that mean USPS changed the tracking number?
HELP? Please anyone

Chances are that it's now with US customs and that USPS won't be able to do anything until it's released to them by customs
