I've talked to customs, they haven't recieved it. I spoke to royal mail who have it down on the system as 'clearing customs'. What does this mean, and how long will this take as it's quite urgent.

How did you talk to customs? We have been unable to find a number to actually speak to them. If you have one, please post on here.
I checked your tracking, basically it is stuck in customs. Some items get selected for extra checking, that's almost certainly what happened to yours.

That was such a quick response, thankyou! I used their live Web chat service, which is on their page. I think it's open during the day. The chap was very helpful but couldn't find any indication it was there.
If it is just clearing customs, that's great, at least it isn't lost!
