I had a parcel sent back to me from Australia (used baby gootmuffs and hoods) and my friend didn't mark the customs as "returned goods" so I am fully expecting to have to pay customs on them and then hopefully get a refund as I have proof I sent them to her a few months back. Anyway, tracking said "customs charges raised" then "released from customs" then "revised customs charges raised" and then "sorted at national Hub"
In this case would it wait in my local dept until the customs charges have been paid or will they stay in Coventry? Bit confused as to whether or not this now means that maybe the customs fees have been waived or if I now have to wait for a letter?
