If it gets stuck at that stage of the process it is often because there is problem with what you are sending. What is inside?

same item was parcel my friend send me in decmber come here fast deveried with in 20 days

Worse than that, I understand that chewing tobacco is pretty much banned from entering the UK (it's legal in most other EU countries and get's brought across from them), and it isn't made here, so customs might want to know how it ended up here in the first place. That said, I don't think it is banned from sale here and I am aware of places where it is on open sale.

I am not able to help with the fact your parcel is currently stuck leaving the UK but I do know that once left if UK tracking does not work then the Brazil site does pick up UK numbers

Might help in future or if this parcel is passed through.
