Well, I have 2 parcel to UK with the Tracking ID: RR163359129MY and RR163359132MY from Malaysia. It has been idle in UK since Feb 16 with the system showing "Item Processed at United Kingdom". How long would it be needed to be cleared? The parcel contains only necktie < 12 pound.
Hope someone can help me out here..

I checked the tracking of one of you items and it's stuck in customs. This can take a couple of weeks sometimes.

Guess, all I need is to wait and hope that my customers can tolerate this, as it's totally beyond my control if it is in customs. All I can do now is pray they release as soon as possible.
