Parcel stuck at 'ON ITS WAY TO TORONTO CANADA' for several days

Post by aa1562 »

I had to send some documents to my Canadian uni due on the 1st of March! However after it left the UK, the tracker hasn't updated for awhile

So far the delivery path followed:
16/02/17 PM ON ITS WAY TOTORONTO CANADA CANADA
16/02/17 05:21 ARRIVED (MDN) AT HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
15/02/17 20:04 ON ITS WAY TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC LEEDS MAIL CENTRE
15/02/17 19:37 ITEM COLLECTED LEEDS MAIL CENTRE

I'm worried now whether it'll actually make the 1st of March deadline! Any way to track the post or should I attempt to make a one day delivery through dhl when there is still time?

Any advice is welcome, thank you!

It's probably stuck in Canadian Customs. Canadian Customs are probably just about the strictest customs in the world. Until it gets release by customs there's nothing that either Royal Mail or Canada Post can do
