"TransferWise is a payment service provider and does not have the capacity to intervene in litigation. We recommend that you forward your concerns to your local police authority or the DGCCRF, which will be in a position to advise you further. We will always cooperate fully with any other communication we receive from these legal bodies.
Unfortunately, in accordance with our Customer Agreement, once the payment has been executed by TransferWise, the transactions can not be canceled and TransferWise will under no circumstances be liable for any loss sustained by a transaction made in accordance with your instructions.
Thank you for your understanding and I hope you will find a solution."
