Hi all,
I was hoping somebody could help me please! I've been exhausting pretty much every avenue since an item of mail was posted to me from Spain on the 3rd January. I have spoken with the Spanish mail who confirmed that it had been posted and left Madrid on the 7th January, to be told that it has now arrived in at Langley. I have spoken to Royal Mail on a number of occasions about how I can locate exactly where it could be? But it is not on their network yet, so must still be at Customs. It's not a massive item, just an important letter. I'm not sure that it is being held due to a Customs Charge, or whether there is just too much work for the system to cope with.
The tracking reference that was provided to me is: RF099097268ES
If anybody can provide me with some advice or point me in the direction. I would be really appreciate it!
