Hello,
I can see that my package tracking has freezed in Heathrow in 3/1/17 (RN111503783GB).
The package is meant to go to Greece so no custom delays are expected.
Is there any way to know if package left Heathrow? Is there any hope that the package will be at last delivered? After contacting RM I was informed that I can claim loss after 30 January. Thanks.

Actually, the tracking says that it is on the way to Heathrow, not that it has reached Heathrow.
It might have been stopped for a dangerous goods check - could you tell us what's inside please?
But I think this might actually be that very rare thing, a parcel lost in transit.

Actually is a wall mural, nothing suspicious. Customer support quoted that there will be no tracking notification on Heathrow arrival but straight from Greece, nevertheless I dont think thats true.

I can see there is no progress in the tracking. I have a similar situation and I am fearing for the worst. Have you been contacted about this? Any solution offered?
