I bought a necklace as a xmas present and then returned it to h.samuel via there free 1st class returns label they give to you. I took it to the post office in the local town and the man asked what was inside and said about covering it but most big retailers would probably cover that most likely. H.samuel claim to have received nothing yet and it's been quite a while, so i assume it's been lost, how likely is this? And what can I do to possibly track it down? Or is it gone for good?
Any help appreciated as I'm currently having to pay monthly for a piece of jewlery I no longer have :(

Help with lost parcel
I'm surprised that Samuels didn't provide a RM Special Delivery returns label, or at the very least RM Tracked. Normal 1st and 2nd class items aren't tracked so there's no way to know where it is. Was a tracking number provided at all?

Did you get a proof of sending from the Post Office? If not, did H. Samuel instruct you to get one?
