Hi,
Today I seen tracking my parcel that should arrive from Latvia to UK and find out that Delivery ATTEMPT was made today.
No letter was left for us that we missed delivery, no call to our door, not even knocked! And now I see,that parcel was send back to HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC, how
it actually possible after 1 delivery attempt? What can I do and how can I get my parcel back??? Tracking number is: RS086632537LV

It is possible, yes. If the parcel had the wrong address on it, the postie went to that address and the person who answered the door said "I don't know who that is". The parcel would then be returned to sender.
You could try contacting Royal Mail customer services but I don't think there is any way to get the parcel to your address in the UK. If there is a return address on it, the parcel should go back to the sender in Latvia. But I would fill in a list parcel form anyway (P58international) just in case the return address is missing or unreadable.

The problem is that I'm confident that address was field in correctly :( I re-checked it today and also I know that my mum wrote whole address,
even if recipe stated just part of address, but it still was correct :( So fed-up with this poor tracking service :( If it is any way to check if address was written correctly using tracking
number? Or no ways now... just to wait when it will be returned :( Even no possibility to ask them to send it back to correct address?

How it even possible? I suppose to be recipient, I even didn't get this parcel. Delivery was payed in Latvia prior sending this over. What additional charges could be? Also no note left that someone tried deliver something. If address was incorrect,then at least this parcel should be stored for couple of days at Wokingham Post Office, so I could contact them and try and get it? And now I have no chance for geting this parcel. In parcel was some sweets and cookies, so it's mean that money was wasted for nothing, as it will take at least 2-3 weeks for me to get it finally...

There should not be a customs charge for anything from an EU country containing sweets.
But no, I don't think incorrectly addressed items are held once the incorrectness is known: what would be the point?

Yes, I live in Wokingham. And I re-checked address with my mum and she has correct address, so I'm almost 100% sure it was correct, and
definetly correct post code.
Also do you know if here is the way to check it using tracking or contacting Royal Mail? As if address was correct as I suspect, then
it was even no attempt to deliver this parcel or just couldn't find the building and gone with easiest way just send it back :(

That makes me wonder if the address is a new one.just couldn't find the building
I don't think SpacePhoneix is right in his guess about fees to pay as the scans are usually different.
What I think it may be is that the way some mail from Poland/Latvia/Russia and a few other countries address their packets in a non-standard format that RM aren't used to
I have had street name first, followed by a surname and house number, then Post Code and Town. (and all other various permutations)
I therefore think it may be possible that the correct address was put on the parcel, but maybe not in the standard format, and the postie not recognising the address has returned it sender.
This is only a guess though, because there is no way of checking the address that was physically put on the parcel.
