Hi guys, I was hoping somebody could answer a question for me and also confirm some suspicions that I have.
I received a rather disturbing anonymous letter this morning from somebody purporting to be a disgruntled customer who didn't wish to give their name. I won't go into details about the letter but just so you know, I do not have any customers in my local area. I live in Cheshire. All of my customers are in Scotland, Tyne and wear, Cumbria and West Yorkshire.
Anyway, after receiving the letter and pondering over it for a while my wife pointed out that the postmark (I think that's the right name for it, I'm referring to the ink stamp over the postage stamp) said 'warrington mail centre' and had the date '20 Jan 2017' .
Would I be correct in assuming that this letter was not posted to me from any of the areas in which my customers reside. (Scotland, Tyne and wear, Cumbria and West Yorkshire)
The person I suspect is an old boss and he actually lives in warrington and before my wife pointed out the postmark, I already felt that it was linked to him somehow.
Thanks in advance to anybody who can help, it's much appreciated : )

Anonymous poison letter question
I suppose there is always a chance that one of your customers could be a sales rep or lorry driver that waited until they were miles away from home before posting the letter, and also if it was who you thought it was would they be stupid enough to post it locally?,I would trust my gut instinct in cases like this and put a brick thru my old bosses window, sorry if it's not much help
For we were soldiers once, and young

Anonymous poison letter question
Hi,
I don't suppose the letter had three black dots on it by any chance?
I received an anonymous letter (warrington postmark) with three black dots and not very nice comments on before Christmas so I took it to the police station. They told me that someone had also been in that day with a similar letter with a warrington postmark on it. From what they told me there didnt seem to be a connection with myself and the other person so I though it must just be some idiot send out random letters trying to get to people.
James
