So I live in Canada and I haven't been waiting too long for this package but I decided to check the tracking earlier today. It told me that :"Latest update: Delivery attempted
A delivery was attempted for your item with reference *tracking number* in CANADA before 14:17 on 17/01/17." Even though i've been home all day and i'm honestly barely 2 meters from my front door so I can easily tell if someone is there or knocking. There was no slip or anything. On a different website i checked as well for tracking it said "Delay. Clarification of the recipient's address" then below it, it says the city i'm in as in that's where my package is. What should I do in this situation?

Contact CandaPost would be my suggestion as that is who Royal Mail pass it on to. One national Carrier to another as is usual.

Makes perfect sense, I sent them a message on their support so I should hopefully get a response when it's open. Thank you for the helpful suggestion.
