Hi guys, just lost my second parcel in a month after having trouble free service for over 4 years.... :(
I only use tracked and signed so always have a barcode reference but i was wondering what happens to the parcels that get stuck at Heathrow international sorting? is there a destination for the lost or sender/recipient disfigured boxes? they can't just disappear right?
This is also the first time I'll have to use the claim service so that will no doubt be interesting!
was once a posty many moons ago so know what its like your side, thanks for any advice.
