When am I likely to receive?
5 weeks in customs is too long: it has probably been confiscated by them. This will not appear on the tracking. You need to take this up with the sender / seller.
The tracking does not look like it is coming in the normal mail, it was probably sent by a private carrier.

When am I likely to receive?
I agree with Snaggletooth, that output looks nothing like the standard Universal postal Union tracking statuses so my guess is it wasn't coming through the Post, but as Snaggletooth says, through a courier.
