Hello, I am awaiting a parcel from the US. The tracking says....

Your item departed a transfer airport in HEATHROW, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM on January 5, 2017 at 4:29 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
And since then no more information.
Is this normal or has my package gone missing?
