I don't know who can help me my package looks like it is stuck at heathrow distraction center. It was been there since January 3. Is this normal? My tracking number is
RN331988110GB. Any suggestions?? Thanks

I my package made it to heathrow distriction center on January 3. I don't know why it has not arrived in the United States yet. Is this normal? Should it be taking this long?? My tracking number is RN331988110GB

Help. Heathrow
The last tracking point was actually when it was put on the plane to Chicago. This means that it is awaiting clearance from US customs. It isn't unusual to take this long.

It looks like its going through US Customs, and with the alert as high as it is sometimes it can take a while to go through if its been selected for screening.Sunshine9876 wrote:Hi
