Hi, i know its not directly related but thought someone here may have some knowledge about this. So Ive tracked my parcel on USPS and it said it was processed through facility at Stanstead airport UK yesterday however today it is now in Cologne, Germany? any ideas why it has left the UK again and if this is normal or not? (I'm in the UK so was expecting delivery soon when i saw that the parcel arrived here in England from the US). the last parcel never arrived so the seller has sent this one as a replacement, don't want it to disappear again!

In need of some help please!
Sounds like it might not be coming via Royal Mail, as it would go via Heathrow if it were due to be handled by Royal Mail in the UK. What's the tracking number?
