Hello, I'm in Colombia, a parcel with ref RU611798888GB was sent from the UK a month ago and it's still just says on it's way. Where is it in Colombia? Whic carrier was it handed to? How can I find out where it is excatly?? Thanks for help

It should be with your national postal service (Servicios Postales Nacionales I think) though I can't track it on their site.


Or may be in Customs, our has delays, your country may be the same.

I have the same problem. I sent an item on the 15th of December and today the 17th of January 2017 to Ghana and it still says it's on its way. I have called the ghana post office on several occasions and they say my item hasn't arrived. Its been over a month and I'm really panicking because I have important things in there. Can anyone help me . Please. My tracing code RU771481110GB. Help

Sorry we can't help with specific items, only general advice, as we are not an official Royal Mail site.

You can contact them on Twitter @royalmail. although they close around 6pm.
