Than's my "mail Collect" hopefully finally set up. I'll see when I'm back in January.
Normal when I collect mail from the collection office that I have not been in to sign for the staff need to go to the mail room and collect the letters individually however now that I have Mail Collect do they still need to do this or do they get put in a bag and simply go to the back and collect a bag or box?
How much more streamlined does it make the process of collecting mail?

Collecting Using Mail Collect
You'll still need to sign for them, but the bonus is that they will all be stored together (if the delivery postie is told the "Mail Collect" is live) instead of spread throughout different shelves in the Callers Office, as they are with the Red Card ones.
