Hi,
I posted a parcel to USA but the tracking info suggests it got to Heathrow, was then on its way to Chicago but only got as far as Aberdeen where its been for a week, any ideas why it would have gone there?

It might have done the USA has delays in Customs at this time of the year like we do. Hopefully it will be released soon.
As with most Customs they probably don't scan them in the US, they certainly don't here in the UK.
