Hi,
I've ordered some magazines from Poland and they have been sitting at Langley HWDC since November 25th
Is there anyway I can get in touch with Langley to find out what's going on, or anyway way I can track the process further?
After extensive online searches I've found nothing to help me.
I understand goods may be held if they're deemed dangerous items but I can't imagine magazines would be classed that way..
Thanks for your help

They will be held up in the customs queue, which is particularly bad at this time of year, and there is no way to speed this up as they don't have customer services.

Thanks, will they definitely arrive though? They're not lost, just in a queue?

Its impossible to say with absolute certainty but experience tends to suggest that 99% of the time they are just delayed.leodavut wrote:Snaggletooth wrote:They will be held up in the customs queue, which is particularly bad at this time of year, and there is no way to speed this up as they don't have customer services.
