why 3 day there is no information???????????????????????????????????
It may be stuck in customs at the receiving country.
Also the last posting date for your country based on your IP address was 9th December so I am afraid it was already 1 week too late for Christmas.

My cousin dispatched the parcel(gift) to me from London to Oslo on 5th of January, today is 19th and i still don't have any news regarding my parcel.. Parcel contain the watch...i called Norwegian custom people and they said parcel is not arrived yet in Norway, it's still in London and when i called to royal mail customer service people they said the parcel is dispatched on 6th of January from Heathrow to Oslo and it's in Norway but Norwegian people said it's still in London, so don't know what to do or who says right or who says wrong???i called different departments here in Norway for the exact location of parcel but every one says parcel is not yet entered in Norway. On royal mail tracking page it says parcel is sent from sending country (London). Please help me what should i do or where i go to get my parcel.
They are both right (sort of). Royal Mail put it on the plane to Norway, so it has left the U.K. But Norwegian customs have not processed it, so it has not entered the country of Norway, nor has it entered the Norwegian postal system. This happens all the time, particularly with items like watches as they can trigger all sorts of customs rules. The confusion comes because most postal services don't like to discuss the existence of customs with customers.
I'm afraid that there is no way of speeding up customs in most countries. They are law enforcement agencies so tend to work at their own pace.
Thanks for your answer which i found very helpful. One question more, what do you think normally how many days it will take further to be processed and released by the custom people because when i called yesterday to the royal mail people they said your parcel is in Norway and with the custom people from 6th of January and you should receive the parcel by the end of this week. So i asked what if i don't receive the parcel by the end of this week, he replied then you should wait until 26th of January or 3rd of February. Why should i wait for 26th or 3rd???
We don't know that much about the operation of U.K. customs, let alone the customs of other countries. I have no idea what those dates mean. The only significant date I can think of is 5 weeks after sending, which is when the sender should make a claim.
