Parcel stuck at International Mail Centre
Hi, a tracked item from Malaysia has been in the UK since 8th December and it has not arrived as yet. The tracking information site was very thorough but since reaching the UK no further details are provided. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I'm very upset. How am I going to rectify this?

Firstly I must reiterate that we are not Royal Mail and the statements made on here are not an official response. To get that you would need to go to them direct.
However, our best guess without tracking details is that its caught up in the inevitable backlog that is always "present" at Christmas, but the back log is not in Royal Mail, its actually with Customs. I am also afraid to say that unofficially it can take 2 - 4 weeks to clear sometimes.
