I am sorry but we can't help as we are not an official site. Its also fairly unusual for it to be sent to Milan then arrive in Edinburgh. That would only happen if
1. Italian Customs refused it, but it would show Heathrow before Edinburgh.
2. It contains Dangerous items that can't be flown under IATA rules.
However we can't tell that from the tracking details.
If you have a twitter account then tweet @RoyalMail I think they have an audit system that gives them more information that the public access tracking sites do.
