I am wondering if any of you can advise a Brit living in Ireland. I posted a registered parcel here on the 30th November. Tracking shows: ITEM DESPATCHED FROM LONDON HEATHROW TRANSIT HUB 02-Dec-16 10:48
It should of taken 4 day maximum to reach Gothenburg Sweden. Swedish Postnord were really helpful & said the the item has not entered Sweden.
Based on the above does anyone have any suggestions as to where it might be ? I appreciate that you are Royal Mail but I am hoping for some pointers. Thanks

Transiting parcels Heathrow
Which Ireland (North or South) was it sent from?
Chances are that it's stuck in a backlog in Swedish customs

Also, remember if an item goes through Customs, technically it doesn't enter the country till they have cleared it. This is also the reason why most postal companies don't/can't scan them till they are released.
