Hello
Does anyone know if its possible to recover a parcel thats gone to the wrong destination and is now stuck in a sorting office in Chicago? I desperately want it back but i have no idea what to do! Its been stuck since October 14th. I have tracking on the item and it just says waiting to be delivered..
Any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks

RECOVERING A LOST PARCEL
With Royal Mail unclaimed items are returned to sender within 18 days.
If there is no return address they are sent to the Return Letters Branch for investigation for return or disposal.
In the UK I would suggest contacting Royal Mail on twitter and or completing a claim form (it works for return to sender items as well). My advice would be to try and google for the USPS equivalents and engage with them.
