2 parcels not arrived in Spain

Hello, I have posted 2 separate parcels to Spain via international tracked and signed for on the 23th November. Both are going to the same address but when I track them it just shows that they have arrived at Heathrow on the 24th and nothing since which is concerning. Can anyone advise me what to do next as my customer is chasing them daily.

They might be stuck in Spanish customs (this happens a lot) or they might have gone for a dangerous goods check. We could help you a bit more if you tell us what you posted and copy & paste the tracking for one of the parcels into this thread.

Both parcels just have an adidas jacket in them. One of the tracking numbers is RY140975175GB.

No reason why that should have been held back and and it doesn't seem to have been put on to the plane. I also tried to track via Correos and I think it said that they hadn't heard of it (I don't speak Spanish). All that you can do at the moment is complain loudly at Royal Mail customer services: they allegedly take more notice if you do this on Twitter.

Hello, I sent one parcel to the same country on 15th November, And it arrived 13rd December....

You must to wait because this Christmas, Correos is a s**t (sorry, but is true)
