It might just be the Christmas rush or it might be a problem with the contents (both of these are more likely cause than loss or theft). What did you send?

thanks for that. i tried correos' tracking, and it only returns "Admitido", on the same date.

it's an nintendo video-game cartridge. happens that this one has a single 3v 2032 coin/button battery in it, but it's installed on the circuit-board (so, contained inside the equipment that uses it), and the game is secured with bubble-wrap, inside a cardboard box & bubble mailer.

That's correct for lithium batteries but incorrect for some other types. But it sounds like it may have reached Spain so it's probably fine.

With batteries (non-lithium) you also need the senders address fully displayed.

However, it MAY be going with GLS (A subsidiary of RM) try their tracking site at https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

But just to add 10 days delay at customs and through the mail though uncommon isn't unheard of at Christmas. It may just be caught up in one of the many busy parts of the network.

i wasn't sure how to interpret the correos info; i figured "admitido" was just the equivalent of "pre-advised", given that it's dated the same day, and according to RM tracking, the package hasn't gotten to heathrow, yet.

"Unfortunately there are no results. Please check your entry. It is also possible, that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later."
