Help with a parcel (would be appreciated!)
Hi, looking for some help as i can't find the answers anywhere else online. I made an order over a month ago now and the parcel was shipped from the US to me in the UK. i have tracked the parcel with USPS on their website and its said the same thing for weeks: 'Arrived at USPS facility Jamaica NY (November 10th) and it hasn't updated since. i tried to track the package on royal mail and parcel force website but it says no results, so i am unsure where to go from here. not sure where my parcel is or how to find out where it is?? any help would be greatly appreciated!

We don't have any professional knowledge of USPS, just what we pick up from customers. What I would say is that, if it was a parcel heading in the opposite direction, that would indicate that there is a problem with the contents. What did you order?
