I've been looking at responses on this forum before and all have been much more useful than RM's official media channels.
Basically, while I am aware with Christmas slowing deliveries, a huge proportion of domestic first class post for things I've ordered has been really, really late to Northern Ireland on a consistent basis. I live in Belfast and many of my items are arriving so so late to the extent that it's no longer a one off.
I'd love a response from anyone who could help with with 2 questions:
A). How true is the common stereotype about post from England being really slow to NI?
B). At Christmas time, realistically what is the status of first class post - I know it's rarely next day at such a time but is it normal to be receiving most of my mail of this type nearly a week late around now?
Thanks in advance for any advice you may have, even if it's just to be more patient!
