Hello, last 15th November I sent one parcel from Leicester to Spain (with 2 toys, because is the birthday of one familiar). The parcel traveled perfectly in U.K.
But It never arrived to Spain :S
I spoken with Royal Mail, and they said me that I must to allow more time (normal, one parcel to Spain is between 3-5 working days)... More?
And I spoken with Spanish Mail (Correos) and they said me that they know nothing about my parcel ("Hello, this shipment has not arrived. We advise you to make a claim with the originating postal operator. A greeting.")
Ok, here I have a problem. I lost the receipt with the reference that Post Office gave me.... (I know, I have a problem)
What do you recommend me to do?

How do you know what happened to it if you didn't keep the proof of posting? It is the receipt with the tracking number that you have to send with your claim.

15th November is no time, although the delivery AIM is shorter, at this time of year Customs checks can delay items for up to 4 weeks. Thats why RM are saying wait a little longer.

GLS doesn't deliver in Spain (or doesn't deliver parcels of a public company).
I know the reference number because I had at home the receipt, but not now, I lost it.
Ok... I will wait more time... But for example, I have seen another parcels send after mine, and they go to deliver before :S
