No there is nothing you need to do, or indeed can do, same with your customer. Its stuck in Customs and around this time of year there are always delays.

still stucked ,
is it possible such a small battery (of an electronic cigarette) but sealed and inside the device to be the problem ?
and if this is the problem , why the problem is on arrival point and not on departure point that means in Greece ?

It is possible that the battery is the problem, but you are right that if there is a problem it should have been rejected by the Greek mail service. I guess that occasionally the first mail service fails to see the problem then the second one notices.Blacktan wrote:still stucked ,

The size of the battery makes no difference at all.
Was there any fluid with the cigarette? It is almost impossible to send actual tobacco to the UK, not sure how customs treat nicotine fluid for e-cigarettes.
But most likely is that it's just a normal customs delay, this can take weeks.

No fluid inside .
Just some tobaccos but these are new style with no nicotine.
New iqos heets inside. http://heatnotburn.co.uk/iqos-review/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
However i have send sometimes only heets tobaccos (without device of electronic cigarette) and all arrived to receivers upon 3-4 days totally without problems ...
Once again thanks for replying me.

I followed that link: I've never heard of this type of product. There may be a problem if it's regarded as tobacco, it could potentially be seized unless it has UK style health warnings etc. See this link:

I recommend that you speak to the UK embassy in Greece before sending more of these to the UK.
